GO TO ORANGE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY SITE AND FILE A COMPLAINT OF ECONOMIC CRIME, CONSUMER FRAUD. THEY WILL ONLY PROSECUTE THIS GUY IF A 'LARGE NUMER" OF PEOPLE COMPLAIN. HE IS STEALING MONEY FROM PERSON AFTER PERSON!
We cancelled our contract after they did not show for almost 3 weeks. (I understand there was no guarantee of promptness) They acknowledge that they owe us a full refund of over $1000 but they will not refund our money. They will not answer the phone, and 15 phone messages left with the company have not been returned. They have owed us money for 6 WEEKS and will not return it. They will not respond to our credit card company or the Better Business Bureau. Don't believe ME? Look at their Better Business complaints in Orange County...over 100 complaints and an F rating. Read the complaints, they pull the same tricks on everyone. Better Business Bureau has demanded they take the BBB logo off their website.
